When: Sunday, Mar. 4th, 2012.     Check in: 7am Race Start:  5k @8am, MTB@10am, Duathlon@12pm

Where: Jonathan Dickinson State Park Hobe Sound, FL.

Course Info: The 5K will be off-road, mostly single-track. The Mountain bike race will be one normal lap at JD about 8 miles. The duathlon will be a one mile run, 8 mile mountain bike, and a 3 mile run. All races will be well marked! Compete in all three events to be crowned King or Queen Sand Buster! Awards: Top 5 male and female finishers in each race will receive a prize or medal. New this year you can race in the Masters (40yr+) Division if you’re doing the Triple (all 3 events).

South River Adventure Race - April 7th

When: Saturday, April 7th, 2012     Check in: 7am and 10am       Race Start:  6hr @8am, 3hr @11am

Where: South River Outfitters just North of Halipatiokee Park, Stuart, FL.

Course Info: The 3hr race will involve approximately 1hr of biking, trekking, and paddling each. The 6hr race will involve 2hrs of biking, paddling, and trekking each. Both races will require navigation with a map and compass. Boats are not provided, bring your own boat or rent one from south River Outfitters – www.southriveroutfitters.com Go to www.greenpawadventuresports.com for race rules/gear list.

Awards: Top three finishers in each division will receive a prize or medal. Moisture wicking shirts guaranteed to all who register before March 14th.
